6:00 pm Got an obscene phone call from this number. Tried to call back but got a recording saying it couldn't be connected as dialed.

Called at 8:30 pm...did not leave message. I called number back and no answer. just rang

They keep calling me on my cell phone for someone else who's name (a male is all I can make out) I can never catch due to the people's accents. They won't leave a message if you don't pick up and they won't say where they're calling from. I've told them numerous times to take my number off their list because it's wrong and they just hang up on me.
